About Mithcell’s After School Program

Ms. Kara is the owner of the business and a Kindergarten teacher at Mitchell Elementary School. Classes are held in her Kindergarten classroom on Mondays 2:00pm-3:00pm. Classes offer breathing exercises, self-reflection, movement, crafts, games, and more! The lessons provide students the opportunity to share what is on their mind, and will allow students to express their authentic self in a playful and pure way.
